Entrance Information for Bronxville School

Due to district safety rules, the only two entrances open in the evening are:

• Pondfield Road (main entrance at the flagpole)
• Elementary entrance (on Midland Ave. next to playground)

The Pondfield entrance is the only one staffed by Adult School personnel on the first night of a new class. If you are unsure of the location of your classroom, we suggest you use the Pondfield entrance. However, for fitness and dance classes, we recommend that you park in the faculty lot on Midland Avenue and use the elementary entrance, which is much closer to those classes. Signs will be posted, and the elementary playrooms are easy to find.

Accessibility

Many of our classrooms are accessible to persons with disabilities. Please advise us when you register if you have any special needs.

Registration

You may register by mail using check, Visa or MasterCard, or over the phone. Registration is ongoing. Classes are filled in the order in which registrations are received. Notice of acceptance will not be send. Please email us at adultschool@bronxvilleschool.org or call the office, (914) 793-4435. When the Bronxville School is closed for the day, our classes are automatically cancelled.

Cancellations/Refunds/Withdrawls

• A refund will be issued if your course/trip is filled or canceled.
• If you withdraw from a course/trip before it begins, you must notify the office
  FIVE FULL BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP OR THE FIRST CLASS MEETING (NOT COUNTING THE DAY OF THE CLASS OR TRIP). We will issue a refund, less a $15 processing fee.
• No other refunds will be granted.
• No discounts will be granted for missed classes.
• There are no refunds or credits once a course begins.

For closings due to bad weather, check our website, www.bronxvilleadultschool.org; WFAS (1230 AM and 103.9 FM); or call (914) 793-4435. When the Bronxville School is closed for the day, our classes are automatically cancelled.

The Bronxville Adult School is not responsible for any advice or consultation given within or beyond the classroom setting or in course curriculum material. Students assume responsibility for damage to or loss of personal property or injury on premises or off-site.
