Delectable Danish Pastry CFW81
Learn to make a laminated Danish Pastry Dough, which can be used to create a variety of sweets and treats with different fillings. This mostly demonstration class will teach you how to make classic Pain au Raisins, a French spiral pastry containing a thin layer of pastry cream, cinnamon/sugar and raisins. Youll also learn how to make a savory pastry filled with roasted vegetables and goat cheese using the same versatile dough.
