Tai Chi and Qigong   

Tai Chi and Qigong are movement systems based on ancient Chinese medicine and martial arts. They combine slow, fluid movements with breathing and gentle stretching to improve balance and flexibility, increase energy, and improve overall sense of peace and wellbeing. Each session invites you to breathe deeply, move slowly, and cultivate inner calm. Whether you're new to these ancient practices or returning to deepen your experience, this class offers a peaceful space for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-care. All levels welcome. Dress comfortably for movement.
