Cake Decorating 101    NEW!

Learn how to assemble and decorate a pre-made 3-layer cake, starting with a crumb coat, applying outer frosting to produce an ombre effect, then assembling and working with piping bags to create various piping designs and borders.  You will create and take home your own 6-inch yellow cake with swiss meringue buttercream frosting, beautifully decorated for any celebration!
