Cardio Pickleball   

Cardio Pickleball is a high-energy class that combines the fun of pickleball with aerobic exercise. It's a fast-paced workout that gets your heart rate up and burns calories while you do drills and intervals designed to keep you moving and grooving. You will work on your footwork, hand-eye coordination, stamina, and overall fitness. This class is designed for people who are already familiar with the game and want to improve their pickleball skills while getting a great cardio workout. We will not be playing pickleball games but rather focusing on moves and skills to enhance your play. Be ready to sweat, laugh, have a blast, and boost your fitness level while having fun with a great community.
