Circuit training is a full-body exercise class that works all sections and muscle groups of the body with upper body, core, lower body, and total body exercises. An exercise circuit includes a set of 10 exercises, which are set up at stations. Participants rotate from station to station, completing each exercise for a given amount of time (1-2 minutes). After a full circuit of 10 exercises is completed, the participants begin back at their first station for the next circuit. Modifications for all levels will be provided.
