Barre Burn is a full-body, low-impact workout that combines the precision of barre, the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. This 50-minute class focuses on sculpting and toning muscles through small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and light resistance. Expect an energizing, music-driven experience that enhances strength, endurance, and balance—leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and more centered after every session. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available.

    PLEASE NOTE: 

    • Wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to remove socks.
    • Bring a yoga mat, small ball or yoga block, and light weights 2-3lbs to class.
    • Per Studio B's policy, NO SHOES of any kind may be worn in the studio where the class takes place. ONLY socks (preferably with grips) and bare feet are permitted. No exceptions.
