Artistic Affirmation: Harnessing Color, Creativity, and Intention NEW!

This interactive workshop combines meditation, journaling, goal affirmation, and art-making into one experience. You’ll develop a personal affirmation that aligns with your goals and bring it to life through a custom-designed affirmation card. By exploring the Life Path Color connected to your birthday, you’ll discover how color can influence your intentions and motivation. You will then use cardstock and a variety of media to create at least one (and, time permitting, more) affirmation card(s) to inspire focus, confidence, and a deeper connection to their aspirations.
