Chair Yoga   

Have you always wanted to practice yoga, but the thought of getting up and down on the mat keeps you away? Then Chair Yoga is for you. With the support of a chair you will receive all the benefits of a full yoga practice. Yoga relaxes the body and mind and improves musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility. Chair Yoga offers a way to improve your balance, health and general well-being. Through an amazing form of adaptive exercises that blend breathing techniques and yoga postures, you will leave this class feeling renewed and refreshed.
