This wellness walking based program is designed to instill well-being and strength through nature and fitness. As the name implies, FitWalk's foundation is walking, aggressive and purposeful, combined with unique training methods that address all major muscle groups and follow the most up-to-date High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) principles. Each class is different, but all involve getting multiple workouts in a single session! FitWalk classes naturally encourage mindfulness, camaraderie, and positive imaging to support mental and emotional health.
