Discover your inner ballerina in a judgement-free environment. Warm up with simple foot and leg exercises and light stretching, followed by short ballet combinations in the center. We'll focus on strengthening, healthy bodily alignment, and finding joy in motion. You will find yourself standing a little taller after every class! This class is appropriate for new beginners, as well as for those who have some prior experience with ballet.
