Kripalu Yoga: Beginner   

Kripalu Yoga is a gentle yoga practice that enriches the body, mind, and spirit through poses and meditation.  This class will teach you how to move your body at your own pace in order to improve balance, flexibility, and breathing; to relieve tension and stress; and to cultivate concentration and confidence in order to achieve a peaceful mind.  You will learn how to tune in to your own body in order to make yoga work best for you.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Wear comfortable clothing (no perfume or scented soap, please) and bring a yoga mat and towel.
    • Per Studio B's policy, NO SHOES of any kind may be worn in the studio where class takes place....not even indoor sneakers. ONLY socks (preferably with grips) and bare feet are permitted. No exceptions.
