Fitness Mix   

Fitness Mix incorporates four fitness disciplines: dance aerobics, strength training, Pilates, and yoga. Each section is approximately 15 minutes long, giving the participant an opportunity to master the move/exercise.  This class is great for experienced exercisers, beginners, and those who always wanted to try different classes but were apprehensive about doing a whole hour of one format. Total body strengthening, cardiovascular fitness, and increased flexibility are the goals for the program, all of which are needed for a healthy, pain-free lifestyle. This class is dynamic, and before you know it, the session is complete, and the benefits are yours!
