Fried dough dipped in chocolate or caramel…what could be better? Churros are a fried dessert with Spanish and Portuguese origins made with a dough very similar to that used to make cream puffs. In addition to learning to make the churros, we will make the chocolate dipping sauce they are traditionally served with. We will also dip some in an already-prepared caramel sauce, which we may make in class if time permits. Join us for what is sure to be a fun and delicious class. Everyone will go home with some of the churros they made in class.
