History Happy Hour: Medieval Pets (Zoom)    NEW!

What kinds of animals were present in medieval homes? How did people cultivate and keep certain species? What were these animals named? From a variety of sources, we get a glimpse into that special person-pet relationship in the Middle Ages. This lecture will cull together evidence for pets and the affection that medieval people gave them.

Please be sure to register by the day before the class at the latest. You will receive an invitation email with a link to join the Zoom meeting. Click here for a tutorial on how to join a Zoom meeting.
