Cooking With Booze    NEW!

Let’s get the party started with these adult marinades where booze is the secret ingredient. First up is chicken in a refreshing mojito mixture that is served over a cucumber, avocado, and herb salad, adding a whole new dimension to the plain old grilled chicken salad. Next, we will combine simple ingredients with store-bought BBQ sauce to make our decadent whiskey pineapple pork tenderloin. We use tequila to infuse grilled shrimp with a pop of flavor and include a yummy take on homemade cocktail sauce. Finally, no boozy menu would be complete without red wine poached pears with orange chantilly cream. The cream is so good and easy, and it can be used all summer long as a base for many different dessert variations.
