Brunch isn’t just for Sundays anymore. In this hands-on class, you will learn to make the perfect flaky pie crust for your spring-inspired quiche. Then Chef Jessica will show you how to spruce up your classic pancake recipe with lemon and ricotta, and then top them off with a delicious blueberry compote. Lastly, you will learn how to upgrade your boring bacon with brown sugar and maple syrup creating your new favorite candy.
