Get Cultured: How to Ferment Your Own Vegetables    NEW!

Eating fermented foods may have beneficial health effects, including boosting your digestive and immune systems, warding off inflammation, and increasing antimicrobial proteins that kill off bad bacteria. In this class you will learn how easy it is to ferment vegetables at home and how to do so without the use of vinegar, thereby avoiding its strong taste. We will discuss a variety of fermented foods, such as pickles, kefir, and kombucha, and you will make sauerkraut to take home.
