Happy Hips Wellness and Movement Series
Are your hip joints increasingly painful or feel stiff as you age? If you have tried stretching and strengthening your hip muscles but still have pain, this is the series for you! As a bonus, you will learn how improving the use of your hip joints helps to preserve the integrity of your knee joints! Join Patricia Wahl, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, and Movement Coach, to learn practical movement skills you can use for life. You'll have an opportunity to discover your movement habits and find out how to let go of tension, decrease chronic pain and improve your joint health as you reduce effort on your hip and knee joints. You’ll also take home audio lessons to practice at your convenience.
