Walking in a Winter Wonderland   

Don’t get stuck inside this winter! Join Cindy By Nature and her mindful outdoor community to embrace the beauty and peace of this special season. Cindy provides warm wool blankets, seat cushions, and hot seasonal tea to help keep you comfortable. You will take in the many powerful benefits of being immersed in nature, including increased immunity, decreased stress levels, and improved cognitive function. Cindy will guide you through a program designed to help you relax and find a deeper connection with the natural world. She will offer a gentle movement and stretch sequence, share the history of the land, and then lead a slow and quiet walk through this natural gem we have set aside to enjoy. This Winter, get outside and go within.
