Ballet Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that is challenging yet accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Fusing ballet, pilates, and yoga together, this 60-minute barre class uses a combination of light weights, body weight, and stretching to achieve a strong, toned, and lengthened physique. Class begins with a warm-up followed by ballet-inspired thigh work, seat work to tone the glutes, and finally, upper body toning and abdominal work. We will stretch together after each work section to help protect the body and recover. No prior knowledge of ballet is required; all levels and abilities are welcome!
