Everything but the Turkey   

Just in time for the big meal, we will create Thanksgiving sides that can be made ahead--and frozen--before the big day. On Thanksgiving, all you will need to do is make the turkey and heat up the sides! We will start with Wendy's "famous" sausage and cornbread stuffing--the dish that clinched her win on "Outchef'd." Next, we will make sweet potatoes with thyme and taleggio, which adds a savory swing, in place of traditional candied yams, along with the crowd-pleasing bacon brown sugar string beans. We will also create a make-ahead foolproof gravy to top it all off. Wendy will discuss meat-free options for the vegetarians at your table.
