Pilates for All (FREE DEMO CLASS!)   

In this one-hour Pilates class, you will move through the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire to strengthen and stretch the body. You will gain core strength to support the lower back and improve your posture and flexibility. Modifications will be made for any condition or injury.

This is a free class, but registration is required.
