History Happy Hour: A Day in the Life of a Medieval Woman (Zoom)    NEW!

Despite having so many fewer sources than wealthy churchmen left us, we still know a lot about women's experiences in the Middle Ages, from cosmetic practices (pro tip: use a lizard to dye your hair black!), to childbirth, to the income-generating cottage industries centered around professions like the alewife! Join us as we take a whirlwind tour through the ways of life of medieval women--what hindered them, what inspired them, and what brought them joy and value!
