History Happy Hour: The World of the Celts (Zoom)

Dive into the world of 1200 BCE to begin our search for the "Celts," a varied group of tribes that traveled great distances across Europe, bringing with them their art and culture, as well as their swords and spears. This lecture will showcase metalwork, carvings, burials, contemporary written accounts, new scholarship on ancient migration--and a Celtic queen who led a revolt against Roman rule!
