 Build strength, balance, and confidence in this total-body strength training class. Using a mat and hand weights, you’ll learn fundamental strength exercises such as squats, planks, rows, deadlifts, shoulder presses, and chest presses. The class focuses on proper biomechanics, form, and alignment to help reduce injury risk while improving functional movement for everyday life. Core and balance work will also be incorporated in each session. You will start at your individual strength level and progress at your pace.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Please have an exercise mat on hand.
- Bring at least two sets of hand weights: a 5 lb set, as well as a heavier set (8 to 12 lb).
- The Zoom link to join the class will be included in your order confirmation email.

 Ballet Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that is challenging yet accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels. Fusing ballet, pilates, and yoga together, this barre class uses a combination of light weights, body weight, and stretching to achieve a strong, toned, and lengthened physique. Class begins with a warm-up followed by ballet-inspired thigh work, seat work to tone the glutes, and finally, upper body toning and abdominal work. We will stretch together after each work section to help protect the body and recover. No prior knowledge of ballet is required; all levels and abilities are welcome!
PLEASE NOTE:
- Per Studio B's policy, no shoes of any kind may be worn in the studio where the class takes place. Socks with strong grips or bare feet are preferred for this class.
- Please bring an exercise mat.
- Students should bring small hand weights (whatever weight you are comfortable with) and a small Pilates ball (click here for an example) to class.

Zumba is a fun, energetic workout that combines dance and fitness in a lively, supportive atmosphere. Set to upbeat Latin and international music, Zumba involves choreographed dance moves inspired by styles like salsa and merengue. Classes focus on cardio, coordination, and muscle toning, helping participants burn calories while improving balance and flexibility. The routines are designed to be easy to follow, making Zumba suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer. The environment is upbeat and non-judgmental, with participants encouraged to let loose, enjoy the music, and move at their own pace. It’s a high-energy workout that feels more like a dance party than exercise, with the goal of making fitness enjoyable and accessible.

Fitness Mix incorporates four fitness disciplines: dance aerobics, strength training, Pilates, and yoga. Each section is approximately 15 minutes long, giving the participant an opportunity to master the move/exercise. This class is great for experienced exercisers, beginners, and those who always wanted to try different classes but were apprehensive about doing a whole hour of one format. Total body strengthening, cardiovascular fitness, and increased flexibility are the goals of the program, all of which are needed for a healthy, pain-free lifestyle. This class is dynamic, and before you know it, the session is complete, and the benefits are yours!

This indoor fitness class is founded on 15-minute, big calorie-burning miles that use the best features of low-impact aerobic style group exercise yet keep it easy to follow. Our walking-based moves are set to music so that all fitness levels, all ages, and all sizes can enjoy it. You'll feel successful the first time you walk with us!

This class is designed to provide a whole-body restorative experience, particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing minor aches and pains in key mobilizing and stabilizing areas of the body. The warm-up will incorporate basic stabilization movements centered on corrective exercises. Following the warm-up, the class will consist of gentle static stretching and flexibility and mobility exercises to promote overall well-being.
