Make New Friends   

Step into the world of Irish dance with a beginner-friendly introduction to traditional Irish step and group dances. This course focuses on basic footwork, technique, and terminology as well as introductory social dances called “ceilis”. No experience necessary–just wear comfortable shoes and bring a curiosity to try something new.

Beginners, experienced or lapsed knitters are welcome.  Learn to knit from the first stitch, master new stitches like lace and cables, or receive help with a project. Beginner patterns will be available, such as fingerless gloves, cowls and a toy stuffed rabbit.  If you are beyond beginner, please bring your supplies and a pattern on which you will work and receive help in class.

Step up to the table with confidence! This course is perfect for anyone looking to learn the ins and outs of two of the most popular casino games. The first two weeks will focus on blackjack, covering everything from basic rules to advanced strategies, all reinforced with hands-on practice. In the last four weeks of the course, you'll dive into the world of poker, exploring key rules, strategies, and tactics through interactive play. The last class wraps up with a poker tournament-your chance to put your skills to the test and take home the trophy! Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class will help you sharpen your game and maximize your fun at the card table.

We'll bring the tiles, and all the accessories.  You bring your 2025 National Mah Jongg League card and your love of the game! An instructor will be available to answer questions and offer guidance if needed. The focus is on learning to play independently, building camaraderie, and having fun. Come meet fellow Mah Jongg enthusiasts, sharpen your strategies, and enjoy the lively spirit of the game!
