This 1956 sci-fi/horror cult classic’s depiction of a swarming hive-mind of pod people spawned countless remakes and rip-offs. Is it a drive-in B movie or a sly commentary on McCarthyism? (Spoiler: it’s both!) If you haven’t signed up yet- you’re next, you’re next, you’re next!

THIS CLASS IS FULL. Please click the "Add to Waitlist" button below. In late fall, as the air turns crisp, we will fill journals with the spare and stunning offerings of native tree twigs and their terminal buds, and berries. American beech, tulip poplar, hickory, and maple show a burst of life in the cool months. As if preparing for the holidays, our native trees also give us a show of bright red berries from American holly, mulberry, and red maple. We will learn the art and science of native trees and berries using mark-making in ink and transparent watercolor, creating keepsake journals that last forever. Artists of all skill levels will feel at home in our welcoming setting.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Students should purchase a 5” x 8” horizontal journal. The instructor recommends this one.
- Class fee includes all other materials.
