**THIS CLASS IS OPEN TO ALL as part of our Open House. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.**
UPLIFT classes start with a cardio warm-up and transition to standing routines with equipment, alternating between the upper and lower body. Participants strategically work each muscle group to ensure an effective workout. A balance track is included after the muscles have been fatigued, which is challenging, rewarding, and a welcome change of pace before transitioning to the mat. The workout finishes with routines for the core, booty, abs, chest, and triceps, and a cool down with deep stretching. This UPLIFTING experience leaves participants feeling strong and confident.
We are offering UPLIFT Strength Fitness this fall on Wednesdays, starting 9/30, at 9:30 am.

THIS CLASS IS FULL. Please click the "Add to Waitlist" button below. As we age, all of us fall into habits of using our bodies in ways that they were not intended for. Over time, muscles become overstretched in some places and under-stretched in others, pulling our bones out of alignment and resulting in pain. In this slow yoga class, the focus will be on using targeted yoga postures (not all yoga postures are helpful) to rebalance muscle groups and encourage realignment for the prevention and reduction of pain... so maybe we won't have to pop a Tylenol to get through the day! In addition, this class includes instruction in mindfulness practice and stress reduction--important elements of every yoga session.
We are offering Rebalance and Realign with Slow Yoga this fall, Thursays, starting 9/24, at 9:15 am.

Where walking meets strength, balance, and well-being!
FitWalk is a unique, outdoor fitness class that combines brisk walking with light strength training to boost energy, build muscle, and improve balance—all in the fresh air of nature. Using light hand weights (2–5 lbs, based on your fitness level), you’ll move through functional strength intervals designed to support better bones, joint health, and a strong core. Each session hits all the major muscle groups and includes training for stability, coordination, and posture. No two classes are exactly the same, but every FitWalk focuses on total-body wellness, community, and motivation. Along the way, you'll also build mindfulness and mental clarity, helping you feel stronger inside and out. All levels are welcome.
