Carefully crafted words can help people resolve distressing memories, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks in an energy psychology approach known as Logosynthesis. As with most energy methods, the source of calm and equilibrium comes from within, and the practitioner helps the individual discover it.
This method is based on the idea that many of our problems—such as anxiety, fear, or limiting beliefs—are caused by “frozen” energy in our personal space and aims to dissolve these energy blocks, allowing emotional energy to return to an uninterrupted flow. Logosynthesis is suitable for adults open to exploring the connections between mind, body, and spirit, and it fits well alongside other energy psychology methods like self-tapping and mindfulness practices.
In three classes, which can be taken together or independently, Aviva will discuss mind-body approaches designed to enhance your physical, emotional, and mental well-being by working with both your thoughts and your body’s energy systems:

Breathwork is an active meditation technique with a two-part inhale and single exhale done consistently for 30 minutes, followed by relaxation and a return to normal breathing. The technique brings us into a deeper state of consciousness and clears "stuck energy" quite rapidly and safely. Results often include more mental clarity and less anxiety; an easier time connecting with family and friends; the experience of more joy, peace, and spiritual connection; and a boost of intuition and creativity.
If you register for Sound Bath: Complete Chakra Cleanse and Breathwork Healing: How to Free Your Mind Combo, you will receive a 10% discount. Click here to register for the combo.
PLEASE NOTE: Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.

Running until January 19, 2026, Divine Egypt assembles nearly 250 deity-themed works of art from museums across the globe. Imagery associated with the more than 1,500 gods in ancient Egypt's belief system includes representations of the stately, falcon-headed Horus, the lion-headed Sakhmet, and the serene, shrouded Osiris. Egyptians believed that through depictions in tombs, temples, and shrines, the gods could enter sacred spaces and become active divine participants in human rituals. Subtle visual cues like what a figure wore, how they posed, or the symbols they carried helped identify them and their roles. The exhibit reveals the many roles the deities played in people’s lives, providing them with meaning in the face of life’s uncertainties and the permanence of death.
