This workshop is designed for those who have been curious about platform tennis but haven’t had many opportunities to try it out. It will give you a grasp on the game and will focus on entry-level techniques. Racquet sport lovers will have a blast in this tennis/squash hybrid sport. Platform is an addictive, fun, and social way to play, regardless of your level.

Carefully crafted words can help people resolve distressing memories, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks in an energy psychology approach known as Logosynthesis. As with most energy methods, the source of calm and equilibrium comes from within, and the practitioner helps the individual discover it.

In this introduction to Mah Jongg, students will learn the basics of this fun and social game. Learn to "paint" with wool as you decorate a wool ball to create a unique ornament. Choose from provided designs or sketch your own, then finish it off with a thread for hanging. A cozy, creative addition to your home decor.
