Set outdoors at the beautiful Bronxville Lake, each session invites you to breathe deeply, move slowly, and cultivate inner calm while surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. Whether you're new to these ancient practices or returning to deepen your experience, this class offers a peaceful space for relaxation, rejuvenation, and self-care. All levels welcome. Dress comfortably for outdoor movement.

- This class will be held outdoors, so dress accordingly for the temperature.
- As this is an outdoor class, please check your email in case of rain or potential inclement weather for class cancellation.
- This class will be canceled in the event of rain. Make-up dates will be added on as necessary, but we are unable to offer refunds or credit if you are not able to attend a scheduled make-up.
