Pickleball: Advanced Beginner (Levels 2.5-3.0)
This class will enhance your game and improve your skills through a combination of coaching, drills, and play.
This class is for Levels 2.5–3.0 Players who:
- Understand rules and scoring
- Can sustain medium-length rallies with other players at the same level
- Are starting to control placement and work on dinking, volleys, and third shots
- Are beginning to recognize strategy, but are still inconsistent under pressure
Pickleball: Intermediate (Levels 3.5-4.0)
This class will enhance your game and improve your skills through a combination of coaching, drills, and play.
This class is for Levels 3.5–4.0 Players who:
- Demonstrate solid consistency and control
- Understand tactics (like stacking, third-shot drop, positioning)
- Have few unforced errors
- Can apply pressure and recover defensively

This player is learning to judge where the ball is going although court coverage is weak. This player can sustain a slow rally with other players of similar ability.

On the grounds of the Lake Isle Country Club, it features eight indoor har-tru (green synthetic clay) tennis courts under three state-of-the-art air structures and a 5,000 square-foot clubhouse on two levels with superior viewing.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Bring your own racket (loaner rackets available upon request). Tennis balls are provided.
- Sport attire and tennis shoes are required. (Running shoes are ok, but tennis shoes are preferred.)
- As this is an outdoor class for part of the session, please check your email in case of rain or potential inclement weather for class cancellation.

New golfers can learn how to play the game in a low-stress environment. Experienced golfers can make changes to their game or just keep it fresh for the season. Our small class size allows us to address every aspect of the game, from rules and etiquette to short games and full swing. These classes are great for meeting others who are interested in improving their game.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Class meets at the Lake Isle Country Club Pro Shop.
- Class size is limited to 4 people.
- Lake Isle dress code: no jeans, no T-shirts, no open-toed shoes.
- Equipment provided; students are welcome to bring their own equipment if they have it.

 This workshop is designed for those who have been curious about platform tennis but haven’t had many opportunities to try it out. It will give you a grasp on the game and will focus on entry-level techniques. Racquet sport lovers will have a blast in this tennis/squash hybrid sport. Platform is an addictive, fun, and social way to play, regardless of your level.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Athletic clothing and tennis shoes with non-marking rubber soles are required.
- Play will take place on outdoor courts. Please dress for the weather.
- In the event of inclement weather, we will send a cancellation notification by email. Please be sure to check your email before heading out to the class.
