Adult ADHD impacts virtually every aspect of life, more so if the condition remains undiagnosed, untreated, or ineffectively treated. Join this 3-part interactive workshop to learn about ADHD, why it’s so misunderstood, how to manage it, and how to build support around you.

Session one will provide a definition of ADHD, how it looks different on everyone, particularly men vs women, and a discussion on the impact on your life.

Session two will discuss strategies for building awareness around your strengths and challenges, and how to find solutions for getting things done in a way that works for you.

Session three will discuss relationships and ADHD. Distractibility impacts how people interact in school, work, and with friends and spouses. Discussion will include shifting the mindset, shame, and how to develop a system to reduce chaos and create calm.

This will be a safe space with plenty of time to share and ask questions. Resources will be provided for your journey with ADHD. It’s never too early or too late to learn how to work with your diagnosis.
