In this class, we’ll explore the body’s stress response and discover how adaptogenic herbs—natural plants that help the body adapt to physical, emotional, and environmental stress—can enhance resilience and restore balance. The first hour of this class will be an informative lecture on the science of stress and adaptogens. Ayurveda, India’s 5,000-year-old system of medicine, teaches us how to listen. In this interactive 90-minute workshop, Dr. Sonal Bhatia introduces the foundational principles of Ayurveda and how they apply to today’s fast-paced, modern lifestyle.

    You’ll learn:

    • The three doshas (mind-body types) and how they influence energy, digestion, and mood.
    • Simple daily rituals to restore balance using food, breath, and nature.
    • How to align your body’s rhythm with the seasons for sustained vitality.

Through storytelling and self-reflection, Dr. Bhatia bridges Eastern wisdom with modern science— helping you reconnect with your body’s innate ability to heal and thrive.

An empowering journey to honor the body’s natural transitions and reclaim your energy, confidence, and balance. Menopause is not an ending — it’s a transition into deeper wisdom and vitality. In many Eastern traditions, this phase is called the Second Spring — a time of renewal, reflection, and personal power. In this 90-minute workshop, Dr. Sonal Bhatia blends medical science with Ayurvedic principles to help women in midlife understand and embrace this powerful shift.

    Together, we’ll explore:

    • What’s really happening in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause — physically and emotionally.
    • How Ayurveda views this transition and natural ways to support it through food, herbs, breath, and lifestyle.
    • Practices to balance hormones, improve sleep, and restore joy and vitality.

This session offers education, inspiration, and tools to help women move through change with confidence, grace, and self-compassion.
