This interactive workshop combines meditation, journaling, goal affirmation, and art-making into one experience. You’ll develop a personal affirmation that aligns with your goals and bring it to life through a custom-designed affirmation card. By exploring the Life Path Color connected to your birthday, you’ll discover how color can influence your intentions and motivation. You will then use cardstock and a variety of media to create at least one (and, time permitting, more) affirmation card(s) to inspire focus, confidence, and a deeper connection to their aspirations. Breathwork is an active meditation technique with a two-part inhale and single exhale done consistently for 30 minutes, followed by relaxation and a return to normal breathing.  The technique brings us into a deeper state of consciousness and clears "stuck energy" quite rapidly and safely. Results often include more mental clarity and less anxiety; an easier time connecting with family and friends; the experience of more joy, peace, and spiritual connection; and a boost of intuition and creativity.

If you register for Sound Bath: Complete Chakra Cleanse and Breathwork Healing: How to Free Your Mind Combo, you will receive a 10% discount. Click here to register for the combo.
