Breathwork is an active meditation technique with a two-part inhale and single exhale done consistently for 30 minutes, followed by a relaxation and return to normal breathing. The technique brings us into a deeper state of consciousness and clears "stuck energy" quite rapidly and safely. Results often include more mental clarity and less anxiety; an easier time connecting with family and friends; the experience of more joy, peace, and spiritual connection; and a boost of intuition and creativity.
