PLEASE NOTE:

• Bring 2 lb. or 3 lb. handheld dumbbells, depending on your fitness level.

• As this is an outdoor class, please check your email in case of rain or potential inclement weather for class cancellation.
• This class may be canceled in the event of rain (sometimes at the last minute). Make-up dates will be added on as necessary, but we are unable to offer refunds or credit if you are not able to attend a scheduled make-up.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Wear comfortable exercise attire, and prepare to remove socks.
• Mandatory Props (These props are essential for this class, and the teacher does not provide them): 
  • Thin yoga mat (not a thick foam exercise mat, which is more slippery)
  • Two standard yoga blankets (not towels)
  • Two standard-size foam yoga blocks (9 x 6 x 4 in.) -not cork or wood.
• Per Studio B's policy, shoes may not be worn in the studio where the class takes place. Socks (preferably with grips) and bare feet are permitted. No exceptions.

• Bring a yoga mat, water, a towel, and 2-lb weights (optional).

PLEASE NOTE:  We recommend students bring the following equipment. (Please read the note from the instructor in the course description.)

1. Exercise mat
2. Weights: light (1-3 lbs), medium (3-5 lbs), and heavy (5-8 lbs); click here for adjustable dumbbells
3. Bands: 2" rubber resistance bands-loops (light/medium/heavy) OR 3" fabric booty band-loops (light/medium/heavy)
4. 9" rubber exercise ball

• Classes will meet in the rain, unless it is heavy, there is lightning, or there is snow.

• Equipment:
  • A heart rate monitor and a fitness watch with a timer and pace/lap setting
  • STRAVA app
  • Running shoes
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
• Meeting place: The meeting place is on Central Parkway just off of Locust Ave, adjacent to the Bronxville Field Club.
