Yoga   

PLEASE NOTE:

• Wear comfortable clothing (no perfume or scented soap, please) and bring a yoga mat and towel.
• Per Studio B's policy, no shoes of any kind may be worn in the studio where class takes place; Socks (preferably with grips) and bare feet are permitted. No exceptions.

• Prior to the first class you will receive an email from your instructor, Nan, about additional props that will enhance your yoga practice.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Wear comfortable exercise attire, and prepare to remove socks.
• Mandatory Props (These props are essential for this class, and the teacher does not provide them): 
  • Thin yoga mat (not a thick foam exercise mat, which is more slippery)
  • Two standard yoga blankets (not towels)
  • Two standard-size foam yoga blocks (9 x 6 x 4 in.) -not cork or wood.
• Per Studio B's policy, shoes may not be worn in the studio where the class takes place. Socks (preferably with grips) and bare feet are permitted. No exceptions.
