Dance, Fitness & Yoga   

PLEASE NOTE:

• Bring 2 lb. or 3 lb. handheld dumbbells, depending on your fitness level.
• Athletic shoes are required. Dress in layers.
• Meeting place will be emailed a few days before the first class. Please check your email and spam folder.
• This class meets outdoors and will be cancelled in the event of rain (sometimes at the last minute). Make-up dates will be added on as necessary, but we are unable to offer refunds or credit if you are not able to attend a scheduled make-up. Please take this into consideration before registering.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Wear comfortable clothing, and prepare to remove socks.
• Bring a yoga mat, two yoga blankets or two large beach towels, and two yoga blocks, if you have them.
• Per Studio B's policy, NO SHOES of any kind may be worn in the studio where class takes place....not even indoor sneakers. ONLY socks (preferably with grips) and bare feet are permitted. No exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Students should be barefoot or wear non-slip socks.
• Please bring an exercise mat, small hand weights (whatever weight you are comfortable with), and a Thera-band.
• Please be sure to register by the day before the class at the latest.
